The season has officially changed here in the Midwest to Autumn. Here is a fall themed shaker card with a funny saying sure to brighten anyone’s day. It started with the barn door stamp set with the door stamped in red ink onto white cardstock. Wanting a house exterior I embossed the brick pattern with my Cuttlebug directly onto the front of the shaker card base. Then I stamped the kraft laser cut tag with the “Shut the Front Door” sentiment in brown ink hoping that it would look like a curtain in the window. I added some small leaves by cutting down some big Petaloo ones. The flowers are wood veneers colored with yellow marker. The fillers are butterfly wood veneers colored in yellow and orange markers and brown sequins.
