Other: Black Spray Paint; Apple Barrel/Outdoor Gloss White Acrylic Paint; DecoArt/Americana- Acrylic Paint in True Red & Indian Turquoise; Washi Tape (for masking); ruler; foam brush
The Christmas season will be here before we know it! This mix the media home décor piece was created with wood snowflakes and wood word from Joann’s. Our Rustic white center frame became black with a quick covering of spray paint. Then the wood word was painted in the peppermint style by using washi tape to mask off the stripes for the white and then the red paint. Last the snowflakes were painted the turquoise blue. Each painted piece was then added to the black background, the word was even popped up with 3D foam dots first. The result is a bright and bold Christmas statement worthy of any wall.
