To Have and To Hold card by designer Patty Folchert

This time of the year usually mean lots of weddings to attend, so why not get ahead of the game and have some fabulous wedding cards ready? This one was created with brand new Hampton Art Cam & Chloe stamps and Jillibean Soup papers.

To Have And To Hold card by Patty Folchert

The lovely white wood plank base is from the Soup Staples IIl collection of Jillibean Soup. Next I layered on some brand new Summer Red Raspberry Soup in light aqua as a mat. Then I stamped onto ivory cardstock the Cam & Chloe heart background stamp in several shades of blue. I wanted a bit of a rustic stamp imprint, so I left some of the water on the stamp when I wiped it clean then added the inks, this left the worn look. Then once that square mat dried I placed centered onto card with 3D foam dots.  Next I stamped the sentiment onto the same ivory cardstock in the medium blue shade and cut out pennant style and adhered with 3D foam dots. Here is a closer shot:

Done, a super simple wedding card worthy of a beautiful June wedding bathed in sunshine. You could also change the ink colors to match the couple’s wedding colors, for that extra personalized touch.
