Nicole shows great ways to use either scraps of pattern paper or smaller pieces of pattern paper such as 6x6 paper pads on a 12x12 layout.

Selfies layout by Kim Holmes

Instructions:

1.  Cut 3x4 cards out of patterned paper & cardstock and adhere to base.

2.  Mat photos and adhere to base.

3.  Mat journaling card, wrap with twine and adhere to base.

4.  Using paper tape and strips of patterned paper, layer three "tape" sections on layout as shown.

5.  Cut out flowers from patterned paper and adhere to layout near "tape" sections.

6.  Apply sticker letters and sticker frame to layout.

7.  Embellish with jewels and heart stickers.

8.  Add handwritten journaling.
