4. Wrap twine around stamped pane. Adhere to cardbase

Designer Notes

1. Stamp doily image all over cardbase with white ink
2. Adhere green strip to cardbase. Adhere Washi Tape down center strip.
3. Stamp address label on pattern paper, stamp sentiment 
4. Punch hole and thread ribbon.
5. Adhere address label to cardbase with foam dots
6. Adhere enamel dots to cardbase

I really wanted the balloons to be the main focus so inked them in black and used them as a silhouette over the ombre style background.
