Bride & Groom Gift Card
Today I am going to share with you a quick wedding gift and card combo. Just grab some crazy cute Bella Boulevard paper and clear stamps and give it a go. Here is what I came up with below:
Congratulations card by Patty Folchert
I started with a white mini shopping bag just the right size for a gift card. I stamped it with the cute bride and groom sentiment in black repeated as shown. Then I stamped three hearts onto the purple grid paper and fussy cut them out and adhere them to the bag front in a row. Utilizing a Bella Cute Cut I cut out the Congratulations sentiment and attached with pop up dots. The Love and Marriage collection from Bella Blvd. offered the card base in a large woodgrain print and then I matted the bag in purple grid paper and attached to the card front . Another cute cut of the yellow rose was a final touch at the bottom. Now just add your favorite gift card and presto- the perfect wedding card and gift combo.

I Wish You Love Shadowbox
Have you ever been inspired to create a wedding gift? After attending a wedding of two friends of ours I was so touched by their story that I felt compelled to make something special just for them. So taking the cue from their wedding colors I went to work and sketched out my layout design which included six stamped tags, five 3D flowers and lots of diecut details. It took most of a day to complete but I think they will enjoy it. I apologize for the photo, it is so difficult to get a good shot of a shadowbox with the glass intact.
I wish you Love frame by Patty Folchert
I started with the Bella Boulevard Love and Marriage Collection but needed the purple color, so I added it in from her Birthday Girl line. I began with two border strips on the left side. Then I began cutting what I needed on the Cricut using the Cindy Loo cartridge I cut the frame in the 7 inch size and the flowers are four layers beginning with 3 inches and decreasing by half inch down to 1 inch size. The flowers I then assembled stacking with foam dots and set them aside. Two green vines were cut in the 5 inch size and I handcut the single leaves from the same green paper. The larger white tags were cut from plain white cardstock and then hole punched and ribbon added to the holes.
They were stamped with the Bella Boulevard love and marriage set onto patterned paper and then fussy cut out and attached to cardstock tags. The smaller tags were precut ones from an office supply store , they were stamped in purple ink and the strings were tied in a bow. The Birthday Girl sticker sheet actually offered the main title sticker of “I wish”, I then added “you love” to match my theme. Once all the pieces were ready I laid them out to find my preferred configuration. Once it was identified then I began adhering all of the tags, flowers and bling. Unfortunately I did not have time to get a photo of them to finish it off, but you get the idea.
How gratifying it is to give a customized handmade gift to a special couple. Have you ever made a wedding gift? I would love to hear about it, please share what type of project you made with us in the comments section below.
