Best Day Ever by Dana Warren
Today I have a little ornament/keepsake project for you and guess what? No Stamping! Gasp!! LOL! When I saw this cute little hot air balloon, I thought that the KI Memories Flashback collections would be the perfect pattern paper to use with this die cut!
Hampton Arts: KI Memories – Flashback Collection: Blocks of Life and Flashbulb pattern paper, Little Things Sticker sheet
Silhouette America: Layered Hot Air Balloon by Lori Whitlock
- Die cut the hot air balloon 3 times from pattern paper and cardstock
- Score down the middle of each balloon base and center piece. Adhere pieces, keep the base and center piece scored as you glue.
- Once all 3 are assembled. With liquid glue add glue to the wrong side at the scored/bent seam. Add twine and make a loop. Press all 3 balloons together until glue holds, light bend balloons, so each balloon is only attached at the scored lines. Set aside to dry
- Once dry adhere Best Day Ever sticker

Nicole here today to share with you a card, made with a stamped & paper piereced item! I decided that I wanted to use the fun hot air balloon on my card, and thought it would be even cuter in 3D form.
I started by stamping the same image onto patterned paper times and trimming each out of the paper. Next, I folded each hot air balloon in half and added tape runner to the back. I attached the folded pieces together, lining them up as closely as possible, I trimmed off any excess paper that remained around the balloon shape.
To finish my card, I added some fun hand cut clouds and sentiment from the Jillibean Soup stamp set:

Echo Park Scoot stamps (SC0528)
Echo Park All About a Boy stamps (SC0526)
Jillibean Soup Irish Farm House Soup Small Set I (JB0013)

Hello Hampton Art Fans!
I love stopping by my local Michael’s and checking out the new Studio G stamps and supplies they receive every so often. On my last trip I found pack of Kraft Mini cards AND envelopes. I knew I had to get these inked up soon!
Since the cards are mini the Wildflower College stamp from Hot Fudge Studio is a perfect fit!! And so easy to ink up and stamp multiples! Also to keep it simple and add a little color I used some pearls, each card uses a different color, so when I go to use one I can pick the perfect color for my recipient.
Supplies
Hampton Arts: Hot Fudge Studio’s – Wildflower Collage PS0704
Studio G – Mini Cards and Envelopes
Ink: Colorbox: Chalk Cats Eye – Chestnut Roan
Embellishments – Doodle Bug – Mini Pearls Spring Assortment
