Butterfly Gift Card Holder by Dana Warren

Butterfly Gift Card Holder by Dana Warren

Hello everyone!

I have a cute little Gift Card Holder to share with you today. I got the idea from Kristina Werner, only I made a few adjustments to fit my needs! I made the flap a little longer, so it could stand to make a card. I also made a little envelope for it. And best of all its really quick and easy to make a few at a time, so you can have a gift card holder ready at any time!

Supplies:
Hampton Arts:
Embossing Powder: Clear
Ink: Colorbox – Dye Ink: Mudslide. Mix’d Media Inx: Leather
Cardstock: The Paper Studio – Kraft Cardstock
Embellishments: Vintage Buttons, Staples
Other: Watercolors

Designer Notes:
  1. Gift Card Holder: Cut cardstock – 8.75 x 2.75. Score at 1.75 and 5.25. Fold up at the 1.75 score line and staple closed.
  2. Stamp and emboss butterflies on the front flap. Color with water colors
  3. Stamp sentiment
  4. Adhere buttons (extra weight on the front flap will help it stand up as a card.)
Have a good one!
