Vintage Wall Hanging

Designer Notes:

1: On small white canvases, blend Mix’d Media Inx together to create background. Stamp on canvas in black and white to create collage effect. Let dry (this ink has an extended drying time).

2: Mount 12x12 cork to a square of cardboard for stability. Ink cork around the edges with black and stamp patterns randomly in white. Apply gold mica powder to cork edges.

3: Lay canvas pieces on protected surface, spritz with black and let dry.

4: Wrap twine around two sections of canvas. Punch holes in canvas and attach key and keyhole with brads using brad setter.

5: Stamp clock and butterfly and mount the canvas pieces to the cork with heavy duty adhesive. Finish with small cardstock cogs and butterfly tab.
