Take Two: It’s my Day & Love You Tons

Yep, today's blog is double the Hampton Art goodness!  Designer Wendy Morris made not one, but TWO amazing cards to share with us today... lets all give her a big round of applause :)

It's My Day... Celebrate! Card

It's My Day... Celebrate! Card Supplies:

Stamp

Hampton Art licensed Hot Fudge Studio wood stamp - Celebrate Collage (PS0351)

Ink

Clearsnap Colorbox Cat's Eye Ink Archival Dye - Wicked Black

Other supplies

Simple Stories - 6x6 Paper Pad (Happy Day)

White Card stock

Pearls and Bling

Bella Blvd. - Ciao Chip Numbers, Simply Simona McIntosh

Fiskars - Postage punch

Bone Folder

Adhesive - Tape Runner and Pop Dots

Designer Notes:

1. Use a precut white card as your base, or you can cut white card stock 5x8" and score in the middle at 4" to fold card in half.  Smooth out the crease of the card with a bone folder, if desired.

2. Stamp the Celebrate Collage stamp using the Clearsnap Wicked Black ink.

3. Use papers and punch to punch out three postage shapes.  Mount one of the shapes on pop dots as shown.

4. Mount the other two postage shapes as shown.

5. Cut out senitmens from paper, "It's my day" and "happy", and apply to shapes.

6. Attach chipboard numbers.  (I used the numbers for my birthday 7/29)

7. Finish off the card with a touch of pearls and bling!

White card stock

Pearls and Bling

Apron Lace Border Punch - Fiskars

Designer Notes:

1. Use a precut white card as your base or you can cut white card stock to 5x8" and score in the middle at 4" to fold card in half.  Smooth out crease of the card with a bone folder, if desired.

2. Stamp "I love you tons" with Clearsnap Wicked Black ink on card as shown.

3. Use paper and border punch to punch out border trim.  Cut to 3" and apply to card as shown. (Note: Scrap paper works great for trim)

4. Apply the mini puffy pillow heart sticker as an accent for dimension in the center of the heart formed by the elephants.

5. Apply glitter heart to the bottom corner of the paper border.

6. Finish off the card with a touch of pearls and bling!
