  1. Hello,
I am looking for a stamp with very small typewritten text that appears to be in French. Is there some way, that I could send it to you so you could take a look and see if it's Hampton Art? This was in a Mini Album Idea Book.

    Thanks so much,
    Judy

  3. HELP! I recently purchased one of Hampton Arts rubber stamps in A. C. Moore. The number is 1094165 and the
stamp is pansies. I have done everything I know how to stamp it and it keeps missing ink on the largest pansy where it is not
as defined as the other flower petals. Any suggestions?

    1. Try rubbing the area with a fine emery board or a pencil eraser. Also using a stamp mat sometimes helps. Apply pressure in the area that is missing the ink.

  4. I purchased a studio g fineliner at a Michael's craft store away from my home recently. I was using it today and the point just broke off. It only cost me $1.50, but it's my favorite color (purple). I no longer have the receipt, how could I get a replacement. I really liked the way it wrote. Could you help a pen collector? I could be reached by email -artiles17@gmail.com. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

  6. I recently saw one of your stamp positioners in a card magazine and wondered if it is available. I searched your site but was unable to find it. Do you still provide them?

  7. Hello! This is Dafne Lopez. I'm from Mexico city. I'm starting a bussness related to scrapbooking. I'm looking for distributors. I was checking your page, but I couldn't find a contact for that. So my question is if it is possible to become a official distributor of your items and if so, how can I do it? Thanks for your attention and I'm looking forward to your answer.

  8. I have purchased about 8 layering stamp sets from you. Are you ever going to come out with dies to match these sets? I noticed you have several stamp and die sets, but I already have the stamps and would really appreciate your creating dies for these stamps. thank you.

  10. Hi!
I purchased the embossing powders. I stamped my card, applied the embossing powder then heat it. I wasn't impressed with the finished product....the end product was gritty. I thought that I didn't heat long enough, so I tried again...and heated longer. The finished product had no embossing on it, just ink....what am I doing wrong? Thanks!

    1. Sounds as if you are doing everything correct. Perhaps stopping before the powder melted completely caused the gritty appearance. I think reheating may be your problem. I always heat my embossing powder until smooth.

We will test internally an advise.
