Happy Birthday card by Pam Brown ** NEW KI MEMORIES**

Hi everyone! Pam here today to share with you a card I created using the new KI Memories Mini Celebrations Birthday collection. The ruffle paper and ruffle stickers made it so easy to add dimension. I am a big fan of using stitching on my projects, so it was nice that they already had done that step for me!

For the sentiment, I used the Hampton Art licensed Echo Park Scoot Stamps. There is an outline around the “Happy Birthday,” but to not have that on there, I added tape over the outline part of the stamp, inked the stamp, and then peeled the tape off and stamped. I added the little triangles afterward to draw your eye to the sentiment.

Supply List:

KI Memories Birthday Banner Ruffle Paper (KI10063)

Going My Way card by Melinda Spinks

Hello everyone, it’s Melinda with you today and I have a card to share using the Hampton Art licensed Jillibean Soup stamps from the Irish Farm House Soup collection.

I couldn’t resist this gorgeous bicycle stamp so decided to have it as the centre focal point of the ombre circle. I added extra pops of color with the brads to give the card some added fun and vibrancy.

To create the ombre background I cut a circle from old cardstock to use as a mask and blended three different distress inks with a blending tool.

Supply List:

Hampton Art Licensed Jillibean Soup Stamp set – Irish Farm House Soup (JB0012)

Tim Holtz Distress Ink – Mustard Seeds
Tim Holtz Distress Ink – Peacock Feathers
Tim Holtz Distress Ink – Mowed Lawn

Other Supplies

Hampton Art/Authentique Blog Feature Day 5 - Final Day

What a week! Have you been enjoying all the great projects shared by both Authentique and the team here at Hampton Art? I love how all the different designers used the Authentique/Hampton Art stamps!

Today is my turn. I have a card for you that I created using the Authentique Keep Me Posted stamp set.

Keep Me Posted card by Kimber McGray

For this card, I kept it fairly simple. I started by stamping by background paper with different colors of Brown and Yellow inks. This gave it an ombre feel. To bring out the yellow in the stamping, I added a thin piece of yellow cardstock to the right edge.

I love the ticket stub stamps that came with this set. I cut out a few to use a background strip and then layered two of the other images for a collage feel.

Finally, I added a bit of twine and two more stamped ticket stubs with an added stamped sentiment to the top of the card to finish it off.

Supplies:

Hampton Art/Authentique stamps: IC231 Keep Me Posted
Cardstock: Bazzill Basics
Twine: Lawn Fawn
Punch: Fiskars

You have until Sunday night to leave a comment on any of this week's posts for a chance to win one of each of the Authentique/Hampton Art co-branded stamp sets!

Have a great weekend!

Hampton Art/Authentique Blog Feature Day 4

Welcome to Day 4 of the Hampton Art & Authentique blog feature! Have you been checking out both our blog and the Authentique blog daily? Make sure you leave a comment on both blogs because we are giving away great prizes this week!

Today we have an amazing card created by our Design Team member, Gloria Stengel.

Welcome to the Hampton Art and Authentique Blog Week!

I love the new Hampton Art/Authentique stamps! They are perfect to use with many of the Authentique paper collections! I used the NEW Grateful Heart stamp set (#IC0231) with Authentique Blissful papers.

I stamped the decorative sentiment onto cream paper with Chestnut Roan chalk ink and colored parts of it with Copic alcohol markers. I then "fussy cut" the image to show the unique shape of the stamp.

I used three dimensional tape to give the banner and the sentiment dimension.

I used a few other stamps from the set to decorate the inside of the card.

Enjoy the hop this week!
