Time Layout by Vivian Keh **New KI Memories **

Hello, Hampton Art friends!  Vivian here today to share a layout that I recently crafted.

VivianKehVintageCharmLO_A

I haven't seen my Mom in several months and, baby that I am, it's starting to wear on me.  So my journaling is all about my wishes for a future in which we see each other often and regularly share all the simple joys and laughter that I share with no other.
To create this layout, I used ki Memories' "Vintage Charm" patterned papers and Ruffle Stickers....

VivianKehVintageCharmLO_C

in conjunction with Hampton Art/7 Gypsies stamps...

VivianKehVintageCharmLO_D

And a lovely set of dies from Sizzix to create the bulk of my floral clusters...

VivianKehVintageCharmLO_B

And for some variety in texture, some metal trinkets from my stash.

VivianKehVintageCharmLO_E

Thanks so much for stopping by the Hampton Art blog today.  Hope I was able to give you some inspiration for your crafting adventures!

*NEW* KI Memories: Sunshine Layout by Shannon Tidwell

I, Shannon Tidwell, am excited to share a layout full of sunshine!

The new Sunshine Lace Paper makes such a happy background for these photos. I love that it is sturdy enough to use as a base, too.
To highlight the title I adhered a strip of patterned paper to the backside of the Lace Paper. I used the Sprinkles Bejeweled Paper to base the photos to provide a little separation from the background. I used paper for the primary embellishments...strips and punched circles...with just a few snippets of the Ruffle Stickers.

You can't help but smile when using these new Mini Celebrations products from KI Memories.

Hello Hello card by Nicole Nowosad

Nicole Nowosad here today to share with you a card using lots of great Jillibean Soup products.
A fun way to incorporate lots of pops of colour, is to make your own confetti! For my card today, I punched some different sizes of Jillibean Soup – Soup Staples II papers in different sizes of circles and eventually enclosed them in a Jillibean Soup vellum coin envelope.

Before I added the confetti, I used my old typewriter and fed the vellum envelope through it, creating part of my sentiment for the card. I added a Soup Label and some mini Alphabean sticker letters for my main sentiment. You can see how the typed sentiment stands out with the confetti enclosed in the coin envelope.

Supplies:
Jillibean Soup
Patterned Paper:  Soup Staples II/Black Salt, Turquoise Salt, Pink Salt, Orange Salt, Yellow Salt, Red Salt, Gray Salt,  Navy Salt
Soup Labels:  Vacation
Alphabeans:  Diced Denim, Tart Teal
Vellum Coin Envelope
Other:  Typewriter, American Crafts cardstock, machine stitching.

Happiness is You layout by Nicole Nowosad

Some of you have heard, Hampton Art has partnered with Jillibean Soup! We have also asked some of the Jillibean Soup team to join the Hampton Art team. You will start seeing great projects by these girls (as well as many of your favorites from the Hampton Team)!

Today's project is by Nicole Nowosad. Enjoy! ~Kimber

When I sat down to create this page, I knew I wanted to use as many different papers in the collection as possible. I just love all the bright and fun colours and the neutrals in the collection make it easy to combine the different colours and patterns together on one project.
To get started on this 8.5x11 page, I used the Grey Salt paper as my background. I cut a 3” strip from the top of the paper and flipped it to show the polka dot side. I adhered this to the top of a scrap cardstock paper and the chevron side to the bottom of the page.

I used my Cameo to cut out the title, using almost all of the different patterns and colours in the Soup Staples II collection – alternating them to create my title. I added my photo to the centre of my page and then my title underneath. I added another pop of grey with the same polka dotted side of the Grey Salt paper and created a pennant shape from it. I added a Banner Bite sticker, some Alphabeans, some journaling and another cut sub-title for the page.

To finish off the page, I created a punched circle garland, using the patterned paper, a ½” punch and my sewing machine and layered it behind my photo.

Supplies:
Jillibean Soup
Patterned Paper:  Soup Staples II/Gray Salt, Red Salt, Yellow Salt, Green Salt, Navy Salt, Pink Salt, Turquoise Salt, Orange Salt, Black Salt
Banner Bites:  Hello, Cherish
Alphabeans:  Turquoise
Sugar Picks:  Red/Brown
Other:  American Crafts cardstock, machine stitching, Silhouette Cameo, typewriter.

KI Memories Layout by Gretchen McElveen

Hi! Gretchen here with a simple layout using the Flashback line from KI Memories.

I printed my pictures out in a collage, added the collage to the center of a sheet of Flashback patterned paper, and then basically decorated around it! Easy!
I cut the "3" out of patterned paper and used lots of foam adhesive to adhere the stickers. I love the dimension the foam adhesive gives to a layout!

Butterfly Gift Card Holder by Dana Warren

Butterfly Gift Card Holder by Dana Warren

Hello everyone!

I have a cute little Gift Card Holder to share with you today. I got the idea from Kristina Werner, only I made a few adjustments to fit my needs! I made the flap a little longer, so it could stand to make a card. I also made a little envelope for it. And best of all its really quick and easy to make a few at a time, so you can have a gift card holder ready at any time!

Supplies:
Hampton Arts:
Embossing Powder: Clear
Ink: Colorbox – Dye Ink: Mudslide. Mix’d Media Inx: Leather
Cardstock: The Paper Studio – Kraft Cardstock
Embellishments: Vintage Buttons, Staples
Other: Watercolors

Designer Notes:
  1. Gift Card Holder: Cut cardstock – 8.75 x 2.75. Score at 1.75 and 5.25. Fold up at the 1.75 score line and staple closed.
  2. Stamp and emboss butterflies on the front flap. Color with water colors
  3. Stamp sentiment
  4. Adhere buttons (extra weight on the front flap will help it stand up as a card.)
Have a good one!
