Designer a Day: Gini Williams Cagle

Welcome back! We hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend :)  We're back with more Designer a Day posts!!! Thanks so much for your patience while we get our designers prepared! Today's designer is a real gem...

Gini Williams Cagle

Name/nickname you go by: Gini, my 6 year old nephew calls me E.E. (when learning to talk he couldn't say Gini and it came out E.E.)
Where you live: Hendersonville, NC
A brief statement about your household: I am really blessed! I have a wonderfully supportive husband, who enjoys bragging on everything I make.  And then, my sister and two precious nephews live right next door!  My sister, who is a very talended papercrafter herself, not only gives me the best crafting buddy, but is also the one who can tell me the truth about every project I make - the good, the bad, and the ugly.
What's your crafty style & expertise: I love making cards, layouts and all kinds of projects.  I have a very vintage style, that I like to describe as "Shabby chic meets Dolly Parton".
How long have you been stamping: About 10 years, but I dabbled even a little bit before then.
Your favorite color: Green
Where do you draw your design inspiration from: I'm most often inspired by the products I use - gorgeous stamps, beautiful papers... they call out to me to create.
Other design teams you are a member on: Cheery Lynn Designs, WorldWin Paper, Scor-Pal, Kanban Crafts, Wow Embossing Powders and Scrap-Mart
Your favorite sweet treat: my homemade Red Velvet Cake, although a Reeses Cup will always bring a smile to my face
Your favorite salty treat: French fries or fresh chips and guacamole
One random/fun fact about you: It took 25 years after meeting my husband before we went on our first date! We were friends in high school, but never dated. We went all those years without any contact, and reconnected on Facebook.  It didn't take long for us to realize we belonged together, and we are getting ready to celebrate our third wedding anniversary!

 What a gorgeous layout!

This would make anyone's day a little happier!

The layers and colors are simply divine on this beautiful card.
