Good Tuesday morning Hampton Art friends :) We hope you're having an awesome week so far! Our next designer we'll be highlighting is sure to inspire you to be crafty today!
Name/nickname you go by: Britt. In blogland and on Splitcoast Stampers you would know me as QueenBritt
Where you live: Arnold, Missouri (it's very close to St. Louis)
A brief statement about your household: I have a VERY small place because it's just me. I also have two Cairn Terriers, they look like blonde Toto dogs from the Wizard of Oz and they are pretty cute guys! But, I live very close to all my family and I share my craft studio with my mom, so I'm never really by myself
What's your crafty style & expertise: My crafty expertise would definitely be card making. I love the look on a person's face when they recieve a handmade card. My personal style is what I would call "trendy." If there is a new technique, a new tool, or a new trend, I will be right on top of it! One dayI might be feeling a vintage vibe and the next day, all I want is bright, bold and graphic! If it's pretty and made for paper crafting... I'm game!
How long have you been stamping: I was given my first rubber stamps when I was about eight. They were Disney's Aladdin images and I practically wore them out! I've been stamping and paper crafting ever since
Your favorite color: How can ANY person pick a favorite, LOL!? (Although, I often choose shades of blue and yellow for paper crafting projects.)
Where do you draw your design inspiration from: I like to take inspiration from other design worlds. I always have an eye toward current fashion and interior design. (I love watching the Nate Berkus show while I scrap!)
Other design teams: Paper Makeup Stamps' Digital Makeover Challenge Team and Party Time Tuesday's Challenge Team.
Favorite sweet treat: Oh goodness... doughnuts. For SURE!
Favorite salty treat: Kalamata olives (Weird, I know, but yum!)
One random/fun fact about you: I got my Bachelor's degree in theatre performance and I am a classically trained vocalist. Clearly, art consumes my life
Such beautiful colors, layers and patterns OH MY!
She's such a versatile designer!
What a fun, funky and fresh layout!
